Foundation Overview
VSJ Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) incorporated on November 22, 2016. The Foundation functions as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementing entity of Millennium Automation Systems Limited (MASL).
VSJ Foundation undertakes CSR activities in accordance with the provisions of Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, and is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under CSR Registration Number: CSR00035893.
The Foundation was established to implement MASL’s approved CSR initiatives through structured and compliant programs addressing identified social needs.
Mode of Implementation
All CSR activities are implemented directly through VSJ Foundation. Projects are funded, monitored, and reported under MASL’s approved CSR Policy and CSR Annual Action Plans, in compliance with statutory CSR requirements and reporting norms.
